Abstract

Transition of Higher Professional Education on educational standards of new generation demands special, new approach to estimation of merit rating results of students and graduates’ training level and level of competences formation. This article deals with the results of the research among students and teachers of foreign languages. The author analyzes the results of Federal Exam in Higher  Professional Education and gives specific instructions for high-quality preparation of non-language students on subject «Foreign Language».
